1.2 Terms and Conditions for Customer Relations
1.2.1 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you ("the Customer") and StudentPulse A/S ("StudentPulse," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging with StudentPulse, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1.2.2 Services Provided
StudentPulse offers a check-in platform focused on student retention and experience for educational institutions. Our services include:
- Onboarding the client
- Adjusting the appropriate framework (questions for students, self-help resources, and 1:1 support structure)
- Integration with LTI-compliant LMS systems, if applicable
- Quarterly meetings to review data and adjust frameworks
- Onboarding of users (management, teachers, well-being employees)
- Ensuring effective distribution of check-ins to students
1.2.3 Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment for our services is due one year in advance. Specific payment terms will be outlined in the individual contract between the Customer and StudentPulse.
1.2.4 Service Availability
StudentPulse aims to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. For more details, please refer to our Service Level Agreement.
1.2.5 Termination
Contracts will automatically renew three months prior to the contract's termination date unless the Customer provides written notice of non-renewal. Specific termination clauses may be outlined in the individual contract between the Customer and StudentPulse.
1.2.6 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
StudentPulse is designed to assist educational institutions in improving student experience and retention. It is not a crisis intervention service, medical service, or a substitute for professional mental health care. StudentPulse does not assume responsibility for the accuracy or effectiveness of any support or services provided through the platform.
1.2.7 Non-Binding Arbitration
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through non-binding arbitration in accordance with the rules and regulations stipulated by the Danish Arbitration Institute.
1.2.8 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law.

Amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated through our newsletter.
